Theapplicationmust be accompanied by documentsconfirming the claimedexpenses,bankaccountdetails(not the cardnumber)andcontactdetails of the applicant(phoneandemail)forfeedback.

The
deadline for consideration of applicationsis30days(art.127.1 of the AirCode of the Russian Federation).

Ifyourrequest is relatedtobaggagedamage,then you mustattachto the request:

  • asignedapplicationand the documentslistedinparagraph5 of the application;
  •  documentsconfirming the cost of damagedbaggageorrepairs(ifavailable);
  •  originals of the baggagetag,boardingpassandbaggagedamagecertificate(itmust be issuedat the airportuponbaggage collection);
  • photos of damage.
