Weapon
On Board the aircraft can be with weapons in the presence of relevant documents:

employees of the Federal security service-in the performance of official duties;
employees of The state Courier service under the Government of the Russian Federation-during transportation of official correspondence;
the personnel of the military guard-when escorting arrested persons.
Transportation of weapons and ammunition is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on the basis of the passenger's transportation permit issued by the internal Affairs bodies of the Russian Federation in the prescribed manner.

Citizens of the Russian Federation may present for carriage as baggage weapons in the amount of no more than 5 units and cartridges no more than 1000 pieces,not exceeding 5 kg gross weight, on the basis of permits and licenses issued by the internal Affairs bodies, for carriage in a special compartment of the Luggage compartment,isolated from other types of baggage,in a metal box measuring 110cm*50cm*30cm.

Cartridges are carried, only as checked baggage, securely Packed in boxes and which do not pose any significant danger.

Transportation of long-barreled weapons, the size of which in disassembled exceed these standards (1100*500*300 mm) is not implemented.

Simulators of weapons (pistols, revolvers, rifles, carbines, machine guns, electroshock devices, etc.) are prohibited to be transported in the aircraft cabin. Transportation of weapon simulators is allowed only in checked baggage.

Weapons are accepted for carriage only in the discharged state in the passenger's packaging (covers, holsters, special containers, cases, cases) that meets the requirements of safety and security of weapons. In this case, weapons and ammunition must be in separate packages.

Cartridges for gas weapons are prohibited for transportation.

Transportation under escort
Transportation under escort is carried out in accordance with the requirements of state bodies in coordination with the Airline.

Dangerous object
Dangerous goods not permitted in passenger baggage include:

firearms and edged weapons of all kinds: pistols, revolvers, rifles, carbines and other firearms; checkers, sabers, cleavers, scimitars, broadswords, swords, swords, bayonets, daggers, daggers, stilettos, knives (military, amphibious, Finnish, cleavers, with throwing blades, locks, etc.);

flammable liquids: acetone; gasoline; samples of oil; menthol; methylacetate (methyl ester); brake fluid; carbon disulphide; ethers; ethylcellosolve; all other flammable liquids; some solvents, paints and adhesives, and other flammable liquids;
flammable solids: substances that from the action of water on them emit heat and combustible gases, which can cause self-ignition and fire: potassium, sodium, calcium metal and their alloys, calcium phosphorous, etc.; phosphorus white, yellow, red and all other substances belonging to the category of flammable solids; organic peroxides; nitrocellulose colloid, in granules or flakes, dry or wet, containing less than 25% water or solvent; nitrocellulose colloidal, in pieces, wet, containing less than 25% alcohol; nitrocellulose is dry or wet, containing less than 30% solvent or 20% water; matches and other flammable objects, substances that may self-ignite, and mixtures that emit flammable gases upon contact with water;
toxic and toxic substances: any toxic, potent and toxic substances in liquid or solid state, Packed in any container: brucine; nicotine; strychnine; tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol; antifreeze; ethylene glycol; mercury; all salts of hydrocyanic acid and cyanide preparations; cyclone, cyanplav, arsenic anhydride and all other potent toxic and toxic substances;

asbestos, strongly smelling substances and their extracts, dry ice, magnetized objects and other various hazardous materials;
all other substances, goods and objects falling under the characteristics of the substances, goods and objects listed above that raise doubts about the safety of their transportation and can be used for arson, explosion or threatening the lives of passengers and crew of aircraft.
Segways, gyrometer, Segways, unicycles, and hoverboards are other small vehicles running on lithium-ion batteries, according to the recommendations of the Federal air transport Agency, IATA and their Airline transport does not.
Note. A detailed list of dangerous substances and items prohibited to passengers for carriage on civil aircraft is contained in the Rules for the carriage of dangerous goods by air, enacted by order of the Minister of transport of the Russian Federation.

Products and substances that can be carried as passenger baggage

alcoholic beverages with a maximum alcohol content of 24%;
alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content of more than 24%, but not more than 70% alcohol by volume in containers with a capacity of not more than 5 liters when they are in a container intended for retail trade; the total number of net such drinks per passenger may not exceed 5 liters;
non-radioactive drugs, medicines containing alcohol and toiletries (aerosols, hair sprays, perfumes, colognes); only as checked baggage for use in sport or household purposes aerosols containing non-flammable non-toxic gas division 2.2, as specified in the ICAO TI; the total net quantity of all such articles carried by one passenger shall not exceed 2 kg or 2 l and the net quantity of each individual product must not exceed 0.5 kg or 0.5 l;
small carbon dioxide cylinders for actuation, artificial limbs, as well as spare cylinders of similar size, if necessary to ensure the necessary supplies for the time of transportation;
dry ice in quantities not exceeding 2 kg per passenger when used to cool non-hazardous perishables that are not subject to the provisions of the ICAO TI, provided that gaseous carbon dioxide can be carried in hand Luggage and with the permission of the Transporter in registered Luggage;
safety matches or a lighter for individual use carried by the passenger with him; not allowed in checked baggage or carry-on baggage transportation of lighters containing unabsorbed liquid fuel (except liquefied gas), as well as fuel for lighters and refueling elements; prohibited transportation of thermal matches by air;
heart muscle stimulators or other devices on radioactive isotopes, including devices powered by lithium batteries implanted into the human body, or radioactive pharmaceuticals contained in the human body as a result of treatment;
Curling catalytic hair curler containing hydrocarbon gas, no more than one Curling iron for one person in checked baggage, provided that the heating element is a reliable protective cap; gas refills items for such curlers may not be carried;
one small medical or clinical thermometer containing mercury for personal use if it is in a protective case.
Products and substances that can be carried as passenger baggage with the permission of the Airline
small cylinders of gaseous oxygen or air required for medical purposes;
cartridges for sporting purposes, only as checked baggage, securely Packed in boxes and which do not present any significant danger, in an amount not exceeding 5 kg gross weight per passenger for personal purposes, excluding ammunition with explosive or incendiary bullets. Baggage allowance for multiple passengers cannot be combined into one or more pieces of baggage;
only in hand Luggage mercury barometer or mercury thermometer carried by a passenger who is an employee of the Federal Executive authority in the field of Hydrometeorology. The barometer or thermometer shall be Packed in a sturdy outer packaging containing a sealed inner liner or bag of durable, impervious or puncture-resistant mercury-free material that prevents mercury from leaking from the cargo area regardless of its position. The carrier (aircraft commander) must have information about the barometer or thermometer;
only one passenger of not more than two small cylinders of carbon dioxide or other relevant gas of category 2.2 ICAO TI, inserted in a self-inflating life jacket for inflating purposes, plus not more than two spare charges to it;
heat-producing articles (i.e. battery-operated equipment such as underwater torches and soldering equipment which, if accidentally switched on, will generate a large amount of heat and can cause a fire) may only be carried in carry-on baggage. The heat emitting component or energy source must be removed to prevent unintentional operation during transport;
wheelchairs for the transport of patients or other battery-operated vehicles equipped with non-flowing batteries and carried in checked baggage, provided that the battery terminals are protected against short circuits and the battery is securely attached to the wheelchair or vehicle;
wheelchairs for the transport of patients or other battery-operated vehicles equipped with leaking batteries and carried in checked baggage, provided that the wheelchair or vehicle can be loaded, placed, secured and unloaded only in an upright position, and provided that the battery is disconnected , the battery terminals are short-circuit protected and the battery is securely attached to the wheelchair or vehicle.
If it is not possible to load, fasten and unload the wheelchair or vehicle only in an upright position, the battery must be removed and the wheelchair or vehicle can then be carried without restriction as checked baggage.

The removed battery must be transported in strong, rigid packaging, and:

these packagings must avoid leakage and not to let the battery fluid; it is also necessary to provide protection against overturning by attachment to the pallet or by attaching them in cargo compartments using appropriate fastening means, for example, with the help of prolonged ribbons, straps, or supports;
batteries must be protected against short circuits, secured upright in these packagings and to impose a sufficient amount of compatible absorbent material to completely absorb the contained liquid;
such packaging sets must be marked with the label of the package placement, the label "liquid battery, with a wheelchair" or "liquid battery, with a movable means" and the sign of corrosion hazard.
The commander of the aircraft shall inform the passenger of the location of the wheelchair for the transport of patients or a vehicle with an installed battery or the location of the Packed battery.

It is recommended that the passenger agree in advance with the Airline, in addition to batteries that are not non-leaky, should, as far as possible, install ventilation plugs to prevent leakage.

Passengers are advised not to include in their checked baggage fragile or perishable items, banknotes, jewellery, precious metals, computers, electronic communications, monetary obligations, securities and other valuables, business documents, passports, identity cards, keys and other similar items.

The passenger is responsible for the carriage in baggage of items prohibited for carriage or handed over for carriage without compliance with the requirements and conditions of carriage established by these rules and established by the carrier air transportation rules.

In order to avoid interference with the communication and control systems of the aircraft during take - off and climb, descent and landing, the passenger is prohibited from using electronic games, portable photo and video cameras, video recorders, mobile portable phones, radio stations, transistor radios and other electronic radiating equipment, except for hearing AIDS, cardiac equipment, electronic alarm clocks, calculators, portable computers and portable tape recorders (players).
