The policy of the joint-stock company "yuvt AERO" (hereinafter-JSC "yuvt AERO" / "airline") regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter — the Policy) is developed in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation, in particular the Federal law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "on personal data" (hereinafter – the law on personal data), the Federal law of 09.02.2017 No. 16-FZ "on transport security" and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.
The airline is the operator of personal data.
Personal data refers to any information relating directly or indirectly to a particular or identifiable individual (personal data subject).Personal data include surname, name, patronymic, date of birth, gender, citizenship, type and number of identity document, phone number, e-mail address, payment information (name of the holder of a Bank card or Bank account, account number, name of the recipient, etc.), health status of passengers, personal data of family members or close relatives. This list is not exhaustive.
The processing of personal data is understood as a set of actions (operations) performed by the Airline with personal data (with or without the use of automation tools), including the collection, recording, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
For the purposes of this Policy, personal data subjects are understood to be passengers, other persons with whom the Airline has entered into civil contracts, as well as persons intending to enter into such contracts with the Airline, or persons with respect to whom third parties enter into such contracts with the Airline.
The policy establishes common goals, conditions and rules for the processing of personal data in the Airline and defines the main measures implemented to ensure the protection of personal data. Personal data may also come to the Airline from third parties (agents authorized by the Airline to sell tickets, other persons engaged in the sale of tickets for flights of the Airline, from third parties acting on behalf of and/or in the interests of personal data subjects (travel agents, employers, etc.)).
The airline does not collect or process biometric data.

Any person entering into an air carriage contract or other civil contract with the Airline has carefully read this document before entering into the contract and has agreed to its contents without any reservations.
PURPOSES OF USE OF PERSONAL DATA AND THEIR PROCESSING
The airline uses the received personal data for the purposes of:
- registration, execution and termination of air transportation contracts, as well as informing about changes in the contract (booking, registration of air tickets and changes in air tickets, payment for transportation and additional services, accommodation in hotels, delivery of passengers to the airports of departure/arrival);
- ensuring aviation safety, flight and passenger safety;
- consideration of appeals, applications, complaints of passengers, including those sent via the "Feedback" service on the official website of the Airline, and/or other consumers of the Airline's services, satisfaction of the stated requirements;
- insurance of passengers against accidents and baggage in case of damage;
- civil liability insurance of the air carrier;
- registration, execution and termination of civil contracts.
Personal data is used by the Airline to identify passengers and baggage during check-in and boarding of passengers in the aircraft, when sending electronic itinerary receipts and other documents, when informing passengers about possible changes and delays in the flight schedule, etc.
The airline may retain information on the conclusion and execution of the air carriage contract and other civil contract and after their full execution in order to resolve possible future disputes with the subjects of personal data or third parties acting on their behalf and / or in their interests.
For the conclusion and execution of an air carriage contract or other consumer contract, the Airline has the right to transfer personal data to third parties involved in the execution of the contract. In particular, the Airline may transfer information about passengers to the operator of the departure airport for the purpose of passenger registration and baggage processing, or information about the non-arrival of baggage to the operator of the arrival airport and to specialized baggage search systems, as well as to another carrier to whom the Airline assigns the carriage of a passenger in case of
The airline processes data on the health status of the passenger to the extent necessary for the conclusion, execution or termination of the air carriage contract and consideration of passenger complaints, in particular:
— when ordering additional services related to air transportation of passengers with disabilities by subjects of personal data;
— when transporting certain categories of passengers, when in accordance with the current regulation it is required to have a certificate or other medical document on the absence of contraindications to the flight for health reasons or in connection with pregnancy;
— in cases of harm to life and health that occurred during air transportation (in the buildings of air terminals, on the platform, on Board the aircraft), in particular for the purpose of payment of insurance compensation;
- when considering appeals and claims of subjects of personal data related to their health, the presence of certain medical indications.
In these cases, the receipt and processing of relevant information about the state of health is necessary to prevent harm to the life and health of the subjects of personal data, as well as for the proper execution of the contract of air transportation or other contract of a civil nature, or their termination.
The airline does not process data on the state of health of personal data subjects except for the cases specified above.
The airline processes personal data of family members or close relatives of passengers to the extent necessary for the conclusion, execution or termination of the contract of air transportation and consideration of appeals of passengers in cases provided for by the current legislation.
The airline also processes personal data (including its cross-border transfer) in cases where such an obligation is imposed on the Airline by law, other regulatory legal act, the requirements of a court or authority. In particular, the Airline may transfer information about passengers, data on their reservations and on their flight to the transport security authorities and border control authorities of the Russian Federation, as well as the States of departure, arrival or transit.
Personal data may also be disclosed at the request of the court and enforcement authorities, law enforcement agencies, other bodies and organizations, in accordance with the current legislation in the field of regulation of personal data processing.
ACCESS, MODIFICATION OR DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data subjects may contact the Airline to:
- get information about your personal data stored in the Airline;
- make changes to your personal data if they do not correspond to the actual;
- withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data in cases where such consent has been given, and the processing of personal data is dependent on the availability of such consent.
It is impossible to delete personal data if their presence is necessary for the performance of an air carriage contract or other civil contract, ensuring aviation safety, flight safety, as well as if the Airline stores personal data due to the requirements of the law.
