Moscow Domodedovo Airport once again summed up the results of monthly on-time performance contest among airlines-partners of the air harbour. In May 2017 the leader in on-time performance among airlines carrying out up to 17 flights per week was – again – the Tatarstan carrier UVT AERO.

“Punctuality is one of the main tasks of the airline. In May, our airline carried out 53 flights on schedule. It is important for us that the passengers of the UVT AERO can trust us when planning their air travel,” said Petr Trubayev, the airline’s general director.

To determine the winner of the contest, airlines are divided into eight categories, depending on the flight frequency and the maximum take-off weight of the aircraft.

The most punctual airline in the first group was S7 Airlines, in the second group – Yamal, Izhavia became the most punctual in the third category of airlines.

Participants of the following four groups are international carriers of Moscow Domodedovo Airport. The winners in their corresponding categories were Uzbekistan Airways, Air Moldova, Emirates, and Japan Airlines.

It should be noted that for two years UVT AERO for the 14th time took the leading position on this rating in the commercial air transportation market.
