UVT Aero started new flights on the routes Novy Urengoy-Ufa-Kazan-Kaliningrad.
To celebrate the first flight, at the international airport "Kazan" on October 4, 2017 a solemn ceremony of cutting the ribbon was held, attended by the management of UVT Aero and the international Airport "Kazan", as well as the representative of the Ministry of Transport and road economy of Tatarstan.
During the festive event officials noted the importance of these route for the Republic of Tatarstan and high demand of the destination from the population.
- Opening of new routes is the next stage of the development of air traffic between the Republic of Tatarstan and other cities. Accordingly, there are increasing opportunities for the development of tourism and expansion of cooperation in various fields, said the general director of UVT Aero Petr Trubaev.
Alexey Starostin, general director of the JSC International Airport "Kazan", added: UVT Aero dynamically develops, opening new routes and improving the quality of services provided to passengers. We expect that our new flight will be very popular among passengers. "
The flights will be operated on a regular basis, twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays, on the schedule:
• On Wednesdays: departure from the Novy Urengoy at 14:15, arrival in the Ufa airport at 17:00; departure from Ufa at 17:55, arrival in the Kazan airport at 17:00; departure from Kazan at 18:00, arrival in the Kaliningrad airport at 19:50.
Return flight from Kaliningrad at 20:50, arrival in Kazan at 00:30; departure from Kazan at 01:30, arrival in Ufa at 04:30: departure from Ufa at 05:45, arrival in the Novy Urengoy airport at 08:30
• On Saturdays: departure from the Novy Urengoy airport at 13:00, arrival in the Ufa airport at 15:50; departure from Ufa at 16:40, arrival in the Kazan airport at 15:40; departure from Kazan to 16:40, arrival in the Kaliningrad airport at 18:30.
Return flight from Kaliningrad at 19:50, arrival in Kazan at 23:30; departure from Kazan at 01:30, arrival in Ufa at 04:30: departure from Ufa at 05:45, arrival in the Novy Urengoy airport at 08:30; departure at 19:50, arrival in Kazan at 23:30.

Note that on September 14, 2017, the Federal Air Transport Agency issued to UVT Aero admission to international flights. So, the airline will be able to fly outside the Russian Federation.
Before getting the admission to international flights the new airline must fly two years in the Russian airspace. In accordance with the requirements of the current air legislation, JSC UVT Aero performed domestic flights for 2 years. Recall, the first flight was performed on July 17, 2015 on the route Bugulma-Moscow (Domodedovo)-Bugulma.
For two years the airline became one of the recognizable regional air carriers of the country, performed 11,104 flights and transported more than 356,000 passengers. Today, the company's fleet includes seven aircraft CRJ 200 and helicopters Bell 429 and Robinson R-66.
The route network covers more than 20 cities of Russia (more than 50 routes all over Russia), from which during the year flights are performed to 5 most popular tourist destinations of the country. Admission to international flights gives the right to perform transportation all over the world. The airline plans to expand the fleet and open new routes, including international. From December it is planned to open a flight to Minsk, the Belarus capital.
