On August 18, 2017, on the eve of the Day of Air fleet of Russia, a solemn meeting with honouring of the best and honoured employees of UVT Aero was held at the airport "Bugulma".

In his welcoming speech, general director Petr Trubaev noted the positive dynamics of the airline's development in all fields and congratulated the team on the successful results of the work.

"People who ensure stable work of the company have always been and remain the main value of the company. In our company really honoured people work thanks to whom UVT Aero is developing. People employed in aviation are special – they love sky, their profession, and they have a very special view of life," he said, thanking everyone for conscientious work and devotion to profession.

In this truly festive day the work of specialists of all structural divisions of the airline was appreciated. The 26 best employees of UVT Aero were put forward for a decoration of varying degrees. They were awarded with Letters of  Gratitude and Certificates of Appreciation of the Ministry of Transport and Road economy of RT, Letters of Gratitude and Certificate of Appreciation of the head of the Bugulma municipal district, Letters of  Gratitude and Certificates of Appreciation of PJSC "Tatneft", Letters of  Gratitude and Certificates of Appreciation, as well as memorable badges of JSC UVT Aero. 

The commander of the Aviation Squadron Reef Khamzin was awarded with the honorary title "Honoured worker of Transport of the Republic of Tatarstan".
