On November 1-2 JSC UVT Aero took part in the 15th Eurasian Air Forum "Wings of the Future", one of the most important events in the air transport industry.

For the air transport industry in Russia and the CIS the Forum became a key event to sum up the year; it includes 6 events at one venue and serves the main meeting place of the leaders of the air transport industry to discuss the market development prospects in Russia and the CIS for the next 2 years.

The event was attended by more than 600 representatives and speakers from 25 countries – representatives of middle and top management of Russian and international companies, including operators of aviation equipment, leading aircraft manufacturers, service providers and IT solutions developers. Heads of industry associations, leading airlines and industry experts shared their views on the prospects for the development of world and Russian air transport in the context of economic, technological, and political challenges.

Participants quite frankly shared their vision of the situation in civil aviation, tried to assess the risks and predict the pace of developments in the air transport industry of the country.

Many speakers at the Forum emphasized: The conditions of the air transport market have significantly changed; companies and state authorities should urgently find effective solutions that can ensure the stable functioning of the industry.

- Prospects of development and increase of efficiency of participants of the air transport market of Russia and CIS from the point of view of leading Russian and foreign players

- Development of regional air transportation:  finding a balance between state and market mechanisms, best practices in airport management and infrastructure development

Within the framework of the Forum "Wings of the Future" the awarding with memorable prizes and diplomas of the winners and laureates of the competition for managers of the air transport industry under 35 y.o. was held. The winner in the nomination "Best specialist in the field of airworthiness and maintenance of aircraft" was Evgeny Juferev, the head of the aircraft maintenance department of UVT Aero.
